Our first project in St Augustine. It started as a sad little multi family next to a Pizza Hut. Developed into a Airbnb with five seperate suites all with private entrances. Sold in 2019. While with us it’s“uptown romance” suite enjoyed 100% occupancy and rave reviews. Still next to the Pizza Hut….
